"A little stressful at first, but they handled it well"
I had a small problem with my booking and I was a bit annoyed at first, because I wasn’t sure if it was going to turn into a bigger hassle. But customer service got it sorted quickly, which was a relief. The guy I spoke with was polite and explained everything clearly, so that helped calm me down. I did have to wait a little for a reply, so it wasn’t totally perfect, but overall I was happy with the service.

"Super quick pickup and drop-off"
Picked up the car really fast, and dropping it off took maybe five minutes tops. No hassle, no waiting around, just really easy from start to finish

"Decent car, but my first impression wasn’t great"
Picked up the car from MalagaCar.com and, to be fair, the handover was straightforward. No drama, no long wait, and the staff seemed fine.
That said, my snap judgment when I saw the car was that it looked a bit tired. It drove okay, but there were a few scratches and marks on the outside, and inside there was some dust and crumbs around the seats.
For the price, it was acceptable, but I did expect it to feel a little cleaner and better checked before being handed over. Not a terrible experience, just not as polished as I’d hoped.

"Booking was surprisingly simple"
I booked a car through MalagaCar.com and it was all really straightforward. These car rental sites are usually confusing with way too many steps, but this one made the dates, car choices, and price easy to see. Payment went through without any drama and the confirmation email came quickly. So far I’m happy with it, just hoping the pickup is as easy as the booking.

"Pretty good shuttle"
Shuttle was quick enough. Had to wait a bit, but nothing major. Staff were fine.

"Decent car, but the costs and reminders were annoying"
The car itself was fine and pickup was smooth, so no major complaints there. The price seemed okay when I booked, but by the time I got to the desk there was more talk about cover, deposits, and extras, and it made the total feel less clear than I expected. Maybe I missed something in the small print, but I’d rather know exactly what I’m paying upfront. Also, the reminders before pickup were a bit much, they felt aggressive after a while. Overall not a terrible experience, just a bit frustrating

I remember showing up a little worried about the deposit and insurance details, but everything was explained so clearly that I relaxed almost right away. No deposit stress, no confusing fine print, just an easy, fair experience that left me feeling genuinely relieved
